MIney it does work.
But, when you first enter, you're level 0.
Which means you can't enter the level restricted GAs (Giveaways)
I think I won the first time after a few days, but I was entering everything I was interested in as often as my points regenerated.
Some of the ways to improve your odds are to read through discussions for GAs and or trying to enter Puzzle GAs.
Anyways.... if you give away at least one game, through the system, you'll hit level 1. And that means you can enter level 1 restricted GAs.
If you make it to level 2... same.
