It is very easy, but it will probably be confusing for you because you just joined here 2 day ago and may not understand how the site works. It's not my puzzle, so I don't want to give hints.
There is a page that helps you understand how to solve puzzles here, but it may just confuse you more because most of that page is for more difficult puzzles. This one is less of a puzzle and more of a simple anti-bot protection.

Like AlltracTurbo said it's more like an anti bot thing, or i like to call it a "gimmick". If you figure this out once you can enjoy it for all the rest of my puzzles, mostly atleast.
You can always compare older ones (i done about 200?) maybe you can spot a pattern (and heck a few times i just gave flat out hints).
