You can and should discuss. I may or may not drop hints if I see struggling.

I would like to see some discussion before dropping hints

GAs end 8/23 at 8:00 PM EST (Except one which apparently ends at 7:24, ugh.)

Group Quiz

GA's attached! There will be several GA's at the end, and two/three will be unbundled. Not triple A or anything though.

GAs -- Plantera, Scribblenauts Unmasked, Nuclear Throne, and several bundled games in a train including a NSFW VN, puzzle game, simulation, and more! The named games will be level 2+ with basic sgtools (unactivated will be forgiven if older then one year!) Unnamed will be level 1, same sgtools.

You should look at first quiz for formatting help if you are confused.

Random key drops too;

Solved! Thank god for similar titles in different languages! :D

Which language?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Portuguese. The title is just a literal translation. Some translations change almost everything like, Animal Farm is called the Revolution of the animals/The triumph of the pigs, in portuguese. But the worst I can remember was a book called the Physician, which in my country is titled, in a word-by-word translation, the physicist.

Can't believe I didn't notice this until now...Here I am a day behind and the easy ones are done.

Anyway, the second part of that is a quote from Harry Truman.

I thought the same thing. Maybe it's a book by Truman Capote?

I tried a couple of his more famous ones (In cold blood). I also tried to think of titles with Harry ( Hairy?) in it.

So, I thought "The Merchant of Venice", but that was wrong. Gondola driver (uses a stick) trades with a merchant? Bah.

Interesting idea though

Had another (wrong) idea. Moneyball. Handy with a stick is a baseball batter. Trading, well, because that's the whole point of the story, isn't it?

Permalink

the part "a stick" could mean switch which is also a synonym for trade

So... not the The First Deadly Sin... the seven in total might be a biblical list? Gluttony being a sin that is hard to swallow, and deadly sins are grim and bleak?

Also tried A Morbid Taste for Bones, but no dice.

Let's just say the biblical comment belongs with 13.

As for 16, it was a book that came out in the 70's.
