Ittle Dew is a straight up parody of Zelda. Anodyne feels like Eldritch Horror GB Zelda. The Binding of Isaac is Horror Zelda. Bit Dungeon II is more of a Proc-Gen game in the spirit of Zelda. Evoland starts off like Zelda but gradually morphs into Final Fantasy and then swings back to Zelda.
I heard that Lili - Child of Geos is a lot like Zelda.
There are a lot of Zelda-like games that, while look awesome and are original, are either not yet on Steam or still in development.
