Really frustrating problem - windows off clicking

I have problem with my fresh windows. I can't localise the source of it. Problem starts 2 days ago.
Even when I writing somethin' in this textbox windows autommatically is turning off browser and I need to click to box one more time to write somethin'. Please help me. This is annoying. When I'm in game there's the same problem. Game is minimazing to desktop :(

Ok. Now I know what was the problem. Driver from TP LINK WIFI USB CARD. After uninistall everything is ok.
