Glad he said this; Chapter 11 really isn't the end. American Airlines went into Chapter 11 (and have done several times I believe) and yet we flew with them to New York a month later.

Yes, everyone is panicking over nothing. If they didn't make that horrible drawing device investment, I'm assuming they'd be in a pretty healthy state.

Mismanagement needs to be the first thing pruned from a post-chapter 11 THQ. uDraw toppled the card, but what caused the uDraw to happen in the first place? It certainly didn't appear out of thin air.

They should return to being a middle-sized publisher and stop competing with the likes of EA or Activision.
