I hated Matt Smith to start with - Huge forehead.. Wacky acting... a real twisted type of Doctor... by the end of the season he surpassed Tom Baker as my favorite. So when Capaldi took over, I thought I'd give him a chance.

i'm just the opposite. i liked Matt at the start, then he got annoying. or was it Pond, i'm still not sure.
anyway, clara is not a companion fit for capalady. i have high hopes for "bil" ;)

Oh it was Pond.. well no so much her as wotsisface... Rory... How I hate thee... lol. Nah she was OK, but couldn't stand stupidface. Clara was sorta.... ok... I think they hung her to much on Pink. She would have been better as a more independent character like she was when she was a dalek or the nanny - pushing boundaries etc. but by the end she was so hooked on Pink and dependent on the the Doc that she lost her oomph...

the dalek clarawas amazing.
but my favorite was the Zygon Clara. she was amazing... i agree that they didn't used her properly.
