How to ensure you own a free DLC?

So this DLC was just released for Dungeon Defenders, and is free. How do I know that I have the DLC? There's nowhere on the page to claim it to my account, and it doesn't show up on the list of DLC I own for Dungeon Defenders. Could anyone help?

click properties on the game selected, on DLC tab, if you see it on d list that means you have it already

It was removed from Steam Base for couple of hours. Seems like there's a problem between Valve and DD devs.
More information - Kotaku
Now there's a steam store page, but no install/buy option. Previously there were even no steam store page.

Update: Right 15 seconds ago was added Install option. Go guys!
