would someone from "not germany" buy the commandos collection for me?

Hi,

i saw that the Commandos collection is on sale at steam atm. But unfortunately i can't buy the games in germany.

First of all:

Would it be possible to activate the games in steam if i get the keys from someone else?

and also would someone be so nice to buy the games for me?
i would give you something for it of course :)

Even if you get game you can't activate it without VPN... but if you do this you risk ban from Steam...
