What can I do?

So recently I won a giveaway (ARMA 2 OA), I tried to activate key on steam but every time it's just "invalid code".
And when I installed non steam version and used code, the game was in RUSSIAN language... (which was not said).
So yeah, it's cool that I won giveaway but game itself is non steam version and in language that I don't know a single word, which makes me a bit disapointed...

Is there anything I can do about this problem or I just won "useless" game?

You can report him and mark it as not received because it isn't a Steam key.
