Hearthstone Steam Overlay

Does anyone know how to get steam overlay to work in Hearthstone? I tried everything, including what I did to get my Diablo 3 to work with steam overlay.

Launch Hearthstone from Steam.
For me it works with Diablo III, WoW, StarCraft II, Hearthstone and many, many more.

Launching Hearthstone from steam doesn't work for me. It either launches the battle net launcher or it does nothing, depending on the file I choose. How did you make it work for Hearthstone?

I should note I've done it just fine in just about every other Blizzard game.
