I'm planning to buy this month's humble bundle subscription thing, and I wanted to ask someone who has bought it recently or bought them at all, to tell me if you get all the games in the month instantly. Yes, you will get the early unlock instantly. And the remain 5~6 games at the first friday of next month.

The early unlock being xcom 2 for example this month and i have to wait for the next month to get all the other game's but i don't have to pay for the next month?

You will get Xcom 2 instantly, and at the end of the month you will get all the others games that are in de bundle!

You only get the next batch of games that haven't been revealed yet. But yes, you all get them at once when revealed.
+Instantly, the unique early revealed game when you subscribe.

If you got all the games instantly, there would be no mystery. No, you get instantly only the early unlock (XCOM 2 this month). Everything the first friday of the next month, when the bundle ends.
