Won A Game but Region-Locked

Mark as not received, the GA creator had to put the correct region before creating a giveaway. If you won a region locked previously and got banned for that, it was probably because you marked as received, when you did not received the correct key and had to mark as not received.

Wait 7 days and mark as not received if he can't provide you with a ROW copy. The only reason you got suspended is because you probably marked it as received.

Last time you were banned...for marking it as received while not having it in your account.
