Inbox permanent notifications

Shouldn't the notifications on the inbox be marked as "Seen" or something alike after we see them?

Is there a way to delete them?

I gave a quick look at the discussions to see if I find something similar, but it seems that no one has this problem.

There should be a way to select not just all, but some of them as read
Or is there? :D

I don't think there is. Maybe one of the browser extensions does it, but there are too many now @_@
