I just manually non mass un-joined all the groups I had joined from gleam GA/contest. I decided to do this because of what I have been reading on SG about them. Well I feel a lot liter lol 8]

I do some cleaning from time to time too. Then, a game I don't own comes to gleam so I have to do it agai, but a game that I don't... forever

the trick is to leave the group as soon as you get your key. just consider it one more action

But you are right. I do it with the "follow this twitter account" already.
