List of games cannot be used in a GA

I have heard that some games can't be used for a GA because they was already given for free. A friend told me he saw here a list of those games. Anyone know about it and maybe have a link?

Title's a bit weird. Just need to search for "Unofficial" the next time you want to find it and you'll be good to go.
