Giveaway..

Well some gifters do allow entering just for the DLC, but its a waste, so its up to you, you can always reroll winner :)

You can always ask for a rerrol. I often would not deliver the game, but seeing how DD has a fuckton of DLC, well I dunno. I might do that in this case.

I think that it's up to the giveaway creator. As far as I know you can ask for a re-roll on a giveaway if the winner owns part of it already.

I think it's fine for a collection that large if someone only has a couple of pieces of it (including the base game).

Now if it were a base game and one DLC then I'd say no but since there are about 20 or so DLC's for the game then it's perfectly fine IMHO.

In the end I believe the support staff leave it to the discretion of the giveaway creator to say if it's OK or not for someone with the base game to join.

Depends on how much DLC there is :S

for example if it's Borderlands GOTY and the guy who enters the giveaway has only the base game , it's ok IMO since all that DLC is not cheap.
