Yeah this is trading, go there, I would split it to you cuz I have lots of rep, but too bad I or my friends already have it.

Also be sure that the "spliter" is not from restricted areas like Russia and CIS, South America, Indonesia and around there, etc, cuz this will make the resultant gifts region restricted, if your game is steam gift.

I don't get it... Why don't you just redeem it yourself and distribute the extra keys?
