Railworks 2 and Railworks 3 are separate games so I'm inclined to say they stop adding content for the old versions. The DLC isn't worth it one bit with the price tag attached to it and they just remake the DLC from Railworks 2 back into Railworks 3.

I couldn't find anything about "Railworks 2". Do the RailSimulator.com upgrade versions for free or they just abandon old versions?
I missed last sale and not sure about it. It's not very interesting for me now, but my 3-ears-old son likes locomotives like a crazy. So may be it will be interesting for him in future.
