First win, and key space empty?

Give it a bit for the creator to send the key. Sometimes it takes a few days. My last win took around three days for them to get back on. Should be fine.

It's normal. it means the creator of giveaway hasn't added the key yet. wait for him to do so. he might add you on steam to give game as steamgift if game is bought on steam.

The giveaway creator is prolly gonna send you the game manually, give it some time(7 days max).

a) The creator needs to accept you as winner before the key gets shown.
b) You will get the key via another way (mail or a Steam friend request)
Anyway, the creator has 7 days to give you the key. The 'Not recieved' option can only be clicked after those 7 days.

It's normal, the user has to manually send the key (even if it's via the site). If it would be done automatically, he couldn't check if the winner broke some rules or whatever else before sending him the key (or asking for a reroll if he did indeed break the rules).
