Hello guys, can I enter in the GA of a game that I gave away (but I don't have)?
is it going to be people that take it as regifting?

Yes, you can enter. It would be regifting only if you won the game and then createa w giveaway with that game instead of activating it.

you can enter any game that you don't have in your library.
every game you win MUST be activated on your account :)
