I got the prize, but when I activated it I found that the Key had already been activated！what should I do?

....contact the GA creator and let him know that the key was activated, surely? ;)

Yup, and if he doesn't provide a working key after 7 days then mark is as not received and move on. Nothing else you can do about it.
