I'm going to foolishly assume that everyone is in the same boat as I am: I have very few hours to play due to family and worklife (though, sacrificing sleep to play happens more than it likely should) and a back-log of games that's ever growing due to the increasing number of games released that look awesome and the prevalence of sales and bundles.

With those two factors, I'm never going to be able to finish all the games I want, so why do I enter? I really don't know....do you?

I enter because right now I am busy with school life but when I get a break in a few months, I will be ready to play again.

Simple: I only enter for games I do want and most likely will play in the nearest future. I skip everything that doesn't attract me beside of just being free.

I enter only for wishlisted games because sometimes in the future I will finish them all (and read all the books I plan to). I might be a grandfather when this happens, but it will happen!

I've cut right down as time has gone on. Got here and spent all my points every day for a while. Then I started joining groups and was trying to win lots from them too. Began to favour the group giveaways and stopped entering a lot of the public ones. Felt guilty over a number of unplayed wins so began to leave groups too.

Still enter for stuff here and there but it's nowhere what it once was and I'm moslty on 300 points.

That's a great attitude and I wish I was also able to adopt it. I wish I didn't have such a completionist mind-set/OCD. I actually get a bit obsessed with games (don't we all), and some of them I have a hard time putting down without hitting 100%.

I do have the ability to just mark a game as 'not interested' in my queue and shelve them, but there's a lot that I feel compelled to finish and even some that I feel I have to suss out every bit of minutia in it.

As for your initial statement, I've only won a small number of games, but I didn't find them more enjoyable to play....might just be a factor of WHAT I've won. Though, logging into the site to see space cat screaming at me made me actually get out of my seat with excitement.
