1. The Russian gamecard won't work on an EU account.
2. As far as I know Russian accounts can make characters/ play on both EU and Russian servers and yes, you would be able to use cheap Russian gametime in this case

I haven't played wow in a looong time so I have no idea how Blizzard is handling these kind of things, but they could probably ban you for exploiting this since they can easily tell that you are not from Russia even if you used a Russian VPN to create the account.

if you have gold in game, i hear you can just log in and buy a game time token with gold at character selection normally like 20k-25k gold to guy a month of gametime . if you dont have gametime.

but im assuming you never played WoW before so that is probably not an option lol

That game is a time sink. A good one, but you can easily lose yourself in it. One of the reasons why I missed so many good games for last gen consoles :/.
