Groupees torrents?

Your eyes aren't lying. They removed the torrent option; it was in beta previously, and was available for several bundles I bought (I even used one).

How old are those bundles where the links are gone? I really don't like it and hope it's just a mistake. What if my HD crashes and I lose my data? I payed for the music so I want to be able to download it again. Every other site I know offers unlimited downloads until the site actually dies.

It may well be related to the sites recent downtime. Has anyone contacted Groupees about it.

Groupees had an HDD crash and are restoring all data now. They managed to recover all info so nothing's lost, but need to reupload it now. Please, be patient. Torrent files have probably been on that very same HDD.

It's very unprofessional to have a business with critical customer data, products and services and not have RAID redundancy and multiple backups to prevent data loss. For that reason alone I wont be buying anything from Groupees ever again. It's been over a month and they haven't restored the data yet. That means that they basically completely lost their data totally and wont be getting it back and everyone is out the products they paid for. They might have had to send the hard disk to a data recovery shop. That's just very amateur to have not had a better infrastructure in place. Fortunately it's only a couple bucks worth of loss for most folks and a lesson learned. I'll stick with more reputable sites instead.

Since direct downloads from Groupees are always so slow for me, I tried to use the torrents, but they never worked for me. Always stuck at 0% and never really starting. Then they removed the option... I guess it was a failure (:P)

you people , if you actually payed attention instead of just going to website "i payed $1 , give me stuff!?!?" you would know one of their servers broke and its getting repaired

@skeleton, so what if its taking awhile??? they need to contact every developer again to get more cd keys back for people who never used theirs etc etc, make sure they are all same so they dont give everyone a brand new key when they only payed for one. its not as simple as you think to restore it all.
