Maybe it would go faster if people didn't spam. :P

They used to, then they had layoffs. Purportedly they can't afford to retain their old numbers, and if that's the case, there's naught to do about it. For any sort of non-atypical issue, and assuming they're not under unusually high ticket load, they're usually quite good about responding within their listed 5-business-day response time

It could just be that their founders are pulling Gabe Newell/Scrooge McDuck routines and hoarding big piles of money for themselves to swim around in, but unless you've got access to their financial records, I can only address their public statements.

Always been less than 24 hours for me, and its usually less than 12. But I typically wait until they reply before saying anything else, so maybe that really is it.
Also there are probably a thousand threads about humble support, steam support, and every support for every other site if you look through search. All the basic "have you used X" or "how long does Y take" are practically guaranteed.

If you're responding to your original ticket, I'm guessing it gets dropped down to the bottom of the queue every time you add a message...
My refund ticket took less than 20 hours, don't remember exact number (ie. sent in the evening, slept, went to work and had a reply waiting when I got home).
ETA:
Current average expected wait time for first response is 5+ business days. We're experiencing much higher than normal volumes at the moment, and we apologise for the delay!
So you might be in for a few more days of wait. :/

It took humble support 4 days to resolve my request. That's alright in my opinion. I just sent in one message.

It took 4 days and not only was my issue not resolved, they took my coupons away as well claiming the email was sent in "error".
I know damn well that I had coupons that were still good. Humble is a far cry from what it started out as, and they have the shitty support department to prove it.
