Me too I have seen it cheaper two or three days ago ... The SS3 normal edition was 29.99€ and the Seriously Digital Edition was 39.99€

You receive a CD key which is redeemable on Steam. If you want to give the game to someone else then don't activate the key yourself. Send the key to the person you wish to give the game to.

For Serious Sam? I bought it only a few minutes ago and I received my key.
By the way, the seriously digital edition is at the same price as the normal one.
