So you can enter this GA even though you're from there? They aren't listed among possible states in this gift description. Can you name some examples of such games?

I can't enter this one, but some games, Borderlands 2 for example, are region locked...
I don't even speak Russian, I have to pay the full Euro price and I can't play it while traveling ._.
