Well, there is stuff like first names and last names to consider, esp if the solution is what I'm currently thinking... but maybe I'm just barking up the wrong tree anyway :P

Saying common names doesn't really help. I would say the common name for one is first and last while the other is only first. The format is very confusing. I have probably tried 20 different combinations and nothing has worked, yet I am almost certain I have the correct names.

It's not obvious when you say "Name / Name".
but mean
"FirstName LastName / FirstName LastName."
