SMNC giveaway riddle - average difficulty

This is a little riddle for SMNC gift.

My first giveaway. So help me if I do something wrong here^^
Sorry that it's only a beta invite you can get it free here, if your lucky and willing to wait.

Here we go:

  1. In a german forest long ago
    a clever man fought off his foe.
    That man was born when still BC.
    When did he die? It was AD!

  2. 779AUC
    Convert It Twice Or Let It Be!

  3. The meaning of live minus 7 times 3
    write the math down and use the outcome
    to locate the numbers that give you the solution
    you have to convert xD

  4. Cut 30 in half.

  5. Look above.

To do or not to do? I love riddles, but this seems to be of the variety I'm not so good at, plus I don't really want the game.

Maybe I'll bang away at it in my free time for fun.

If you created a giveaway, then you should ask a mod to take it down, yes. SMNC isn't allowed in giveaways. You're free to give it away here in the forums and such, however. Official giveaways aren't allowed since it's free, however, as that makes it exploitable. Thanks for your time and generosity, though.

Also easy fix off the top of my head: remake the giveaway, but as a bit.ly URL giving us a code phrase or something of the like to tell you in order to enter the raffle.

Only a-z/A-Z, no numbers, always convert a number to a letter like:
What is 10 minus 3? Answer: 7, so the final solution is "g" or "G"
That should make it below average?!
