1) No. Limited account only becomes a full one if you spend 5 dollars on it somehow; a wallet top-up is enough. To elevate it to an unrestricted one, you also need to have Steam Guard on it for 30 days and Steam authentication for 7 days.
2) No. You are free to change email, albeit it usually hits you with a 7-day trading suspension.

guys, need some more answer, so....
1.) i got primary email that bound to my steam acc,, what if i change my primary email to my seccondary steam acc (limited steam acc),, will my limited steam acc be free account?
2.) My limited account, lets say i bought enough wallet and bound to its current email,, if i change my email, would it be turned to limited account as before?
