Greetings ! How much time will take for new games to be added in the SteamGifts database? I want to start a giveaway with my game, but i dont see it yet in the list

Also if you want to create many copies for the giveaway, you might also want to ask change of your user role to "Game Developer", as regular Member, you have "Giveaway Limit"

Oh, okay, i asked for that, cause i really need it :D . 1 question, making a giveaway with 1,2 or 3 copies VS making a giveaway with 50 copies, it will have a better impact if i put more copies?

Just like Nate refered you to the FAQ,
The minimum of 50 copies (And minimum durotian of giveaway), will make it feature on the homepage, making it more visible, so I guess it would make more impact?

There are high chances that the winner will not play the game anyway, with even slimmer chances of them leaving any kind of review.

In the end at least alot of people will be aware that your game exist.

seems to be even longer now, add game to list includes things for 0cv... and the tickets I made for some of the zeros group giveaways are now over a month old and still at full CV... the giveaways are no longer on their website either.

also the ticket for this collection ... with links to all the contents showing they were at reduced CV years ago... and the first bundle where both contents were together in a bundle(which happens to be before the first giveaways)... at 3.5 months.

my last add missing game to list ticket was never handled by the mods before SG auto synced with the API(and thus ticket was closed by me)

But it is guaranteed that will take up to a week? Or can be delayed with weeks or months?

no guarantees, there is an automated process that will add new stuff every 1-2 weeks with the API.
