1) what is the fastest way to level ?

1) only one way - cards.
2) 100 per level and increased by 100 every ten levels. So 10x100 + 10x200 = 1000 + 2000 = 3000xp.

A full set of any game will give the exp, once crafted into a badge.

Each game badge level will give 100 experience, while games give a varying amount, though only 1 exp per game once you have a decent number.
