It's probably gonna be full of 0RBITALIS or Defy Gravity Extended (i.e. games everyone has and/or isn't interested in) but I'll keep my fingers crossed for... Alien Isolation.

Really? It's kinda hard to believe since the game got so many bad reviews recently. O_o Ah well, I think I'll just create a GA since spaceship-building doesn't appeal to me at all. ;)

I guess the problem is that it's very niche, and development has been slow.
OTOH, there's plenty of things to load from Steam Workshop to fly around. A good comparison of flexibility in design would be to compare KV ship models to Space Engineers ships (which IMHO the better game right now, though they cover different bases.)
