Contributor value range is the "real value" you have given away, which you can see when you hover over contributor value in your profile.

In your case - you have to give away 25 dollars worth of games for second level. Your current contributor value is just above 6 dollars.

Basically you're saying: "I don't wanna read anything, just give me an answer!“.
