I believe that birthdays are overrated and that people should celebrate the fact that they were born and are alive not on specific days but each day instead. So I'm going to wish you a lifetime of happiness and good fortune in place of that.

But celebrating that I'm alive each day would be very exhausting. Also, eating cake every day would make me very fat. So I do appreciate birthdays for allowing me to go above and beyond the call for one day in the year.
