Well ask you're "Gifter" to resent your gift. As long as no one has accepted it, he should be able to re-sent the game. That or he's a big scammer.

I won a gift about 4 days ago.
I waited about a day before adding him on steam and reminded him about it.
He told me that he had already sent the gift to my account and asked me to click the yes button on the steam gifts page(this web) that i have already received it but the problem was that i have not received any gift at all. He insisted that he has already sent me the gift.
So, i decided to contact the steam support to ask if there were any error of sort.
I received a reply recently from steam support stating that the person has not send me any gift at all.
So, what should i do? Any form of help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
P.S.I have noticed that the person has done giftaways before and all the winner has 'received' it but when i checked the list of games the winners had, it was not in it.
I don't know why the person would do this as there is nothing to gain out of this.
