Recommend me a game/Looking for a game

Figured maybe the forum could use a topic like this where one can ask help finding a game to play.

I'll start: I'm looking for a PvP shooter with low TTK and no heroes/abilities. Preferably in a realistic setting but not necessary. Also no Battle Royale or Extaction Shooters please.

I've already tried/played:

  • Battlefield 4
  • Battlefield V
  • Counter Strike: Global Offensive (I don't like small team games without my friends)
  • Halo Infinite (lots of desync)
  • Hell Let Loose Free Weekend (Requires too much communication for me)
  • Modern Warfare 2 OBT/Free Weekend (having loading issues)
  • Red Orchestra 2 + Rising Storm (dead)
  • Rising Storm 2 (basically dead)

Hopefully that's enough info to help me find one.

Edit: Forgot a game on the list.

You can play the original insurgency and get lots of matches. It doesn't require lots of communication, only some callouts from teammates.

Crap, I knew I forgot a game on the list. Halo Infinite MP is amazing, but the desync issues are making it painful to play.

I mean the original UT from 1999, there are still people hosting multiplayer servers for it using the in game server browser.

3d puzzle platformers / collect-a-tons?
The likes of Rayman, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, Kao the Kangaroo, or more recently A hat in time, Blue Fire, or Pumpkin Jack.

Lego doesn't interest me, I don't enjoy blocky worlds/gameplay.
Already beat both Yooka Layle games (slightly annoying controls, but nothing too major, overall great fun!)
I will check out other games. Thanks for the suggestions ^_^

PsiloSybil is an upcoming Crash-like, EA at the moment. Tough as nails though.
Lunistice is a small lil gem, cheap to boot.
It Takes Two if you're looking a co-op offering.
Voodoo Vince is fairly old now, but because of that it feels pretty close to Rayman 2/3.
Finally, check out Rayman Redemption if you haven't already, free fan remake of the first game, it's not 3D but Rayman is Rayman.

If you like fast-pace Quake Champions might be good for you, or Quake Live.
Isonzo is a good game but it's DOA, I refunded because of that. Though if you are in other than Europe, it's already kinda dead.
