the main logo, i mean first screen we see is just "S" may be you can change that logo to something more splashy..that would look great..

Well, apart from simple use of twitter bootstrap.. there ain't anything much on the website to give you opinion on.
Logo is just plain bad, it needs to blend in better with the website. Make it less gradient and more sharp, with more edges.
Try using Google's Materialize theme for the bootstrap, and include the Roboto font. It's really great.
I'm opening the website on Chrome, and images of the ranks of members are broken. Are they placeholders or?
Instead of Others, use something like Regular Members, or simply Members. Others make it sound like they ain't part of the group, and it's quite unrespectful.
You could of have linked us instantly to the English translated version, instead of having to scroll to the bottom of page to change language. Which is another part of suggestion of mine. Either add a language dropup, which is fixed on the bottom of page, or place different language options on the page header.
And those social buttons on the left are totally unnecessary.. I don't think anyone ever uses them. They don't fit the website.
