press confirm only once, if it gives you the error refresh the confirmations page and repeat.
if it still does that close and reopen the steam app and let the confirmations page load for a bit before confirming

A temporary fix:
The option "Periodically Check For New Confirmations and Show a Popup when they arrive", also help, when this a popup shows, it ask to confirm trade/market (we need to click twice), for this popup show you need to select the account that generate the confirmation event (in case you have more than one account). This way we still need to manually confirm, instead of use the auto confirmations (that also works)

Im using SDA, refresh usually fix the problem, but not now, even a Forced Refresh or Re Login will not help. If some of you have the same problem with the iOS/android app maybe is a problem originated from Steam and not (as i pressumed) from SDA.

This is the error message that show SDA when i try to confirm anything.

"There was a problem performing that action. Please try your request again later."

I have the same problem with SDA. Now i tried my android phone. I was confirmed 1 item to sell, and that went well, but after that i can't confirm any more sales. I think it's a steam issue.

I have been having the same issue from a while ago. Never seen this issue, i have been actively googling about it , clearing cache, logging out and logged back in on mobile, restarting phone and none of them solved it. I will keep you updated if i get to resolve it and you do the same.

WinAuth már működik nekem. De még mindig eléggé véletlenszerűnek tűnik.

Not only happen with the mobile app, SDA (Steam Desktop Authenticator) also is not working properly. Login, relogin, refreshing and force refreshing in this case is not helping to fix the issue. Im using only SDA and have the same problem that user who use mobile app. Is probably a problem with Steam/Valve servers response.
