Microsoft Word looks awesome with this black theme!!!!!

I was doing this psychology report and was so blocked that I decided to start messing around with all the advanced settings and shit like that thinking maybe I could find one that would say "check this box to finish all the work", but I didn't. What I did find was even more interesting, Microsoft Word seems to have colored themes :D. You may think it's stupid but for me it's actually very important to have a nice and pleasant view while I'm working, makes it easier to spend hours in front of the PC.

So, there where three themes to choose from, black, blue and silver (default), I chose black and it just looks freaking awesome!!! seriously you should try it, you will stop gaming just to spend hours looking at it! :)

I use Word mostly to view files sent to me, not to write anything either.

it's really complicated but I try to describe it as easy as possible:

  • Step #1: Download Libre Office
  • Step #2: Install Libre Office
  • Step #3: Use Libre Office
  • Step #4: ...
  • Step #5: Profit!

same here. haven't installed ms office in years. libreoffice writer actually has more useful features than ms word does, for my uses at least.

I have both Office Home & Student 2007 and Office Professional Edition 2000. I never use 2007 unless the file format is only opened by it. Hate the newer layout. :(

+1. The layout change from 2003 to 2007 was a really stupid move. It's been years and I still haven't met anyone that's gotten used to it. Everyone still prefers the 2003 layout.

I don't think I'll stop gaming for hours just to see a theme. As for my favorite, I got none. Every software will eventually change their looks with each few/single update(s).

Last time I was impressed with something having more than 2 colours was when we replaced our B&W TV with a colour one. Even Win95 had customisable colour schemes. The 3 stock ones are shithouse.

It's a 100% genuine copy of windows though, OEM version purchased from Newegg. I mean, it's my work PC, I've got no reason to steal windows when I just ask the boss and he says "ok, buy it" lol. But now I'm curious, what makes you think it looks like that?

Been using that so long. Black FTW.

ALthough now I run dual boot and mostly use Win8, which word isnt installed on, so I mainly work on Google Drive
