That would come out to needing to depower 99.9987625% instead, I think. Assuming 198 and 16,000,000 are exact figures. If they wanted 98% to work, they'd need to have a much smaller total of 9,900.

I do want to say that this has been an enlightening experience. I was added to one Blacklist shortly after making this thread and one more sometime during the night while I was sleeping (edit: and now one more for a total of three). I am not sad to be added to another Blacklist or two but I am sad that a reason was found to do so when all I was doing was trying to pay back to the community. (ಥ‸ಥ)
