Sorry, it is not possible to giveaway Dota 2 anymore.
The giveaways of Dota 2 that are still open where created before.
The reason is that Dota 2 is going to be Free to Play very soon, and you can get it very easily.

Next time, search in the forum before posting something like this. There are like 3 or 4 or even more threads about this.

Don't listen to them,you can still make a giveaway for it.

Step 1: Make a forum thread announcing the giveaway
Step 2: Roll a dice from everyone answering to this thread
Step 3: Send the winner the game
