Good idea for now. Although I also just discovered that a properly synced account can still enter GA's for the standard game version too,
The sub only contains the base game, no DLC, so I'm surprised it went through the SG filter. Usually that only happens in subs that contain multiple packages and the system doesn't know what parts you may or may not have.
As expected, when I clicked through steam profiles of accounts that entered either "base deluxe game" GA, multiple people already owned it too. (Although not 100% already owned like in the DLC listed GA's)

A bunch of these going up as it's in the current IG bundle. If you are going to make one, or enter, make sure to NOT pick the choice that is a DLC, but the option that has no picture in the GA list. For some reason the Steam store page lists both the base game and DLC with the exact same names, instead of adding "Upgrade" to the end of the DLC's title or whatever.
I just manually checked all of The Clans GA's, every single one except for 2 were listed as the DLC version, and as expected due to the way the system works, every single person that entered already owned The Clans - Saga of the Twins - Deluxe Edition in their Steam library. Whether all of these people were not paying attention and randomly entering GA's for games they just bought, or were using that auto entry to every GA script I don't know. But, it will be an issue after they end I presume, when the "winners" are getting a game they already have.
