I won a giveaway

Hey, so I've got this problem. I won a giveaway 3 days ago and it is/was very appreciated game for me - Garry's Mod. Unfortunately I didn't have access to internet until today and now I can't contact the creator of that giveaway. He didn't send me any invite on Steam, he didn't send me an e-mail. And now I want to reach him, he won't apply to my friend invite because he got something stated in his profile: "I won´t add you until I know you, or you want to trade and then will remove me."..
Do you have any idea how to contact him? Or is there any chance that you probably have this guy in friend list? Or can probably support contact him somehow?

Wait 7 days period, after that you can mark gift as "not received".
