I had a copy of the Borderlands: Game of the Year, and I got the code, then I register http://www.dukenukem.com/access introduced the code now etot code activates Duke Nukem Forever: Hail to the Icons Parody Pack or not?

If you do not have Duke Nukem Forever, you cannot redeem the Hail to the Icons Parody Pack.

If you give it to someone who has the base game (Duke Nukem Forever) and the person use the key, they will get the DLC.
