Oh, that CIS. The first thing that came to my mind was the CIS region from steam (I'm kinda conditioned to think that everything in this forum is related to steam or gaming in some way).
I only remembered about the other thing that CIS can mean after reading and realizing that this was a joke, sorry for being what you US people call "a boring white man" :P
