You can find it for under $1 on shady key reseller sites, which seem to come from an even shadier "earn Steam keys" site or HB :D.

It was in March 2017 Humble Monthly bundle as DRM-free, but steam keys were added several months later. Some people are still discovering it in their account, I guess.
