GOG has no DRM, so, there's no region lock. You might have a different price in your region, but they might offer you store credit if you're paying more! Check the answer number 6 in this FAQ.

Who exactly will offer me store credit? I'm kinda pissed about the fact that their motto is equal prices, but Witcher 3 with all the discounts costs 46 euros here and i heard that to some guy from Argentina it costs 34$, i'm not from a rich country, we are actually quite poor, and full priced games are a huge hit on the budget so this entire thing is really unfair and hypocritical while claiming you care about the consumer and equal prices. Yes, i know there is VAT, but its still pretty unfair and VAT isn't that high to justify it.

Well they aren't actually giving everyone store credit, you have to beg for it. Don't get me wrong, i'm not above it, but they should give it to everyone.
Oh, and also it says regional pricing is done on request of the publisher, but they published Witcher 3 themselves, the prices are their own doing.

Like I said, I don't know how it works, but there's no begging involved. They offer it, you can take it or not. Again, I recommend you contact them to sort it out.
Yes, you're right on this second one. That would be a good topic to inquire them about.

lol, i wonder if is possible to add a drm-free content on a steam game LOL, anyway games on gog are not for steam, are for gog, lol sei anche italiano XD ciao XD

Gog games don't have drm (they don't have steam/origin/uplay, etc). If you have Witcher 3 on steam don't buy the expansion on gog because you won't be able to use it (they don't provide steam keys). However if you have the retail or gog version which are drm free go ahead, you should be fine.

GOG is DRM free, but that doesn't mean that keys for other platforms aren't offered. It's a good question for those not familiar with GOG, as many smaller seeming sites often do give you a selection or are for specific platforms. (gog, itch.io, gamergate, gmg, humble etc). While they could have checked on the site itself, they asked here. No need to be so prickly about it.

GOG has cheaper prices for Witcher games since it's owned by CDPR.
They are also launching GOG Galaxy which is their new client, similar to Steam (achievements, game time records, automatic updates, etc.)

ye i know how it work gog but i was thinking if they had a policy on regional restriction game like steam, i know too that you cant redeem steam key on gog or viceversa ( except for the witcher 2 and few more ).

Are gift codes not locked either? (Not talking about witcher 3 here, since it's disabled for this one). Does it matter if the game is regionally priced or not?
