Great, in that case I assume it's cheap enough that your willing to cover the hosting costs for him? If you're not, then your not in any position to argue about how cheap it may be.

You don't think cg hasn't thought of this? This isn't the first time this site has slowed down. It was fixed then and you can bet your ass cg is working on fixing it now.

No one said you can't suggest improvements, people do that all the time. Demanding something that would cost the Admin money is another thing however, especially when your casually speaking of how cheap it would be for him to do so knowing full well that cheap price is nothing you're willing to contribute to the site.
No one is suggesting the site is perfect and can't be improved upon, nor that it shouldn't be improved upon. What people object to is complaining that a site dedicated literally towards giving you free games... isn't spending enough money to improving the hosting to give you free games faster then ever.
Contribute financially, or start suggesting other means of easing the servers burdens IMO.
